CALL FOR ENTRIES FOR UPTOWN VISUAL AND PERFORMING ARTISTS! The Second Annual Blooming Arts Festival is hosting three awesome events this June as part of the Uptown Arts Stroll: a visual arts exhibition, an evening of performing arts, and a day of arts workshops open to the community.
